I am starting a Cardio Blast Class every Wednesday 1-2pm at Activ Tailored Fitness in Glasgow, so if you work in the area and feel like getting your workout done on your lunch break or just need a kick start to achieving your fitness goals then message me to get a space!

New Year - New You!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a good time over the festive period.
